USER ALLOCATIONS

Hi, I want to create an analyzer user to view a shared space but not to be able to edit it. I tried sendnf invitations but I receive this error. " You do not have a valid user allocation. Please contact an administrator for more information." When I want to change the entitlement the option analyzer is not there. Also, the tab of allocations does not appear.

Hi,

Regarding your subscription and your LEF (you can go to https://lef1.qliktech.com/manuallef/default.aspx to generate it with the license key), your Qlik Sense subscription to not have analyzer.

I double checked you license and it shows the same as you posted above. If this is not correct, please open a case/chat with our customer support so they can help you check.
