Unable to install Qlik Desktop: Error 1603

Hi

 

My Qlik Sense Desktop ask me to upgrade last few days ago but it keep failing.

 

I have tried to reinstall it but Im getting error 1603 on the logs.

Additional to that, We have also disabled the antivirus and the issue is still the same. I have also check if the dotnet is installed as well, and yes its installed.
