Unknown Error in production Server

I am getting "Unknown Error" while loading data from database in qlik sense prod server.

Hi Maria,

From last one Year we are using Qlik sense.  

In production server we are fetching data from database at that time we are getting this issues like "Unknown error" in some time in day from last 10 days. Because of that the batch files are failing. And After some time when I am start batch file manually  it's working fine. we are unable to find why we are getting this error. Hence the data size also is very less and we implemented incremental load process and the max application reload time is less that 5 min.
