hi , I have problem in upgrade . Error about superuser pass , but I can access potgresql database with pgadmin, using user postgres and some pass informed in upgrade wizard. how is it possible?
"ERROR Failed when trying to validate superuser password, an exception was thrown. Details: Access is denied."
Hi, the fist option would be to discard any mistyping when introducing the superuser password on the installation dialog, I suppose you have alredy tried, but if not, I would try to install again.

On one upgrade to November2024 the installion finished without errors, but the repository service returned an error when trying to start, doing steps 1-7 of the link above it worked, the I skip until step 15 and everything keeps working, a strange issue.

most probably this already happened and password was changed without following al the necessary steps
Now, check that you current password in aligned with another important user of the Postgres database “qliksenserepository”
You can try that user and same password with pg_admin
If passwords are aligned, you may need to update the connection string using Qlik Sense Útil that is located in the repository folder
also, if it is not aligned, in the same tool you will be able to recover the password for that user
