We have already subscription for Qlik sense version June 2019 which is using by the organization Varroc lighting.
We are planning to upgrade from Qlik June 2019 to Nov 2020 version.
Can we get any free support from your end or servicing charges will be applicable?
Could you please tell me the process to do the same.
Good morning @Rajeshkr86 Neither Qlik Sense June 2019 nor Nov 2020 version are supported by Qlik anymore. Please see the following link for the Product Lifecycle of Qlik Sense. As long as you have a paid maintenance license that is current and you are on a supported version of Qlik Sense no additional fee is necessary. I would recommend upgrading to the latest supported version of Qlik Sense February 2023.

In addition to the great information @Lucas_Gatling provided, you should contact your organization's Qlik account manager if you are interested in having Qlik provide direct upgrade assistance. If you aren't sure who your Qlik account manager is, you can contact Qlik Customer Support and use the Contact Support button in the lower right corner to chat with a customer support representative.
