Upgrade error

I am trying to upgrade Qlik Enterprise edition from 2.0 to 3.1.5. When I ran the first time, it failed to setup engine with the error message "You don't have administrator permission". Tried again, can't get past the screen with "server credentials". See the attached screenshot. Check box and username edit boxes are disabled. It does not accept the password. I am running in administrator mode.

Any help is appreciated.

I would recommend you to go from 2.0 to 3.0 to 3.1.5. Please let us know if you already resolve the issue and how?
