User cannot see the app

Hi there,

I have created a shared space so my colleagues can see what I have developed.

I have moved an app already created from my personal space to the shared space. After doing this , I gave access to the new user so he/she can see the app (option chosen : can view).
Unfortunately the user reported that nothing was in the space. I literally logged in with his credential and nothing appeared.
Any clue why this is happening?

I do have Qliksense business that allows you to add at least 5 users.

Hi,

Check if user license allocation is done properly, Professional or Analyzer (if dynamic allocation is enabled).
