User having a right to read unpublished Worksheet that created by Other account

Hi everyone,

I am facing one issue of the security rule setting.

First of all, i received a question that Some user can read the Community Sheet someone can't.

So I edited the CreateAppObjectsPublishedApp action

From  "Create"

To "Create" and "Read".

After that it trigger another issue

One account (Problematic account) can read other unpublished Worksheet that created by Other Account in [My Worksheet].

So that, i change the CreateAppObjectsPublishedApp back to default. But the issue still exist.

Any suggestion on this?

Rules only grant privileges, so there is probably another rule that is providing read access to these unpublished sheets for these users.

Unfortunately you are going to need to audit each of your rules, you can narrow it down by filtering to custom rules only in the QMC first.
