I am using Qlik Sense on prem.
I have noticed the last few months that some tasks got deleted. I doubt it is a bug, as they are all "manual reload" tasks, so I am sure one of the members with access to the QMC is deleting them, most likely by accident.
So...
I am wondering if there is a log file that shows who does what in the QMC, specifically who deletes tasks?
Hello,
Try using this guide to enable the logs in the Qlik Management Console:
How to audit who deleted apps in the Qlik Sense Management Console
Since above guide goes through how to audit who deleted an app, you can instead go to "C:\ProgramData\Qlik\Sense\Log\Repository\Audit\<MachineName>_AuditActivity_Repository.txt" to find out who deleted a task.

Yes, that did it. Found log of today there and once you know the name of the log file, you can also find the archived logs elsewhere on the server.
Thanks!
I would still check with Operation monitor and sheet called "QMC Change log" - This always helping that is operate in QMC.
That app stopped working a looooong time ago and we have no interest in fixing it till the software update and server upgrade later this month.
