If my understanding is correct, you are experiencing an issue with finding a way to download specific versions of QlikView, Qlik Sense, NPrinting etc. Can you please follow the steps mentioned in the article "Downloads" [1] and let us know if the issue is still present? In case it is still present, can you share with us a screenshot of the UI, so we could see what exactly is present on your side?
