stop master,stop slave,Not available for Context value

Hi All,
What is the meaning of stop master,stop slave,Not available for Context value in <Machine_Name>Service_Repository.txt Logs?
We have two nodes. Node1 and Node2.
What is the meaning of Context value is 'Not available'.
These values are changing in second difference to stop master,stop slave,Not available while reloading huge apps.
Please advise the meaning of this.

Is this load balancer issue?
