Mobile Content Collection - apply to ALL users

Dear community,

I would like to include on the Qlik Mobile App only some of the Qlik Sense applications we have developed.

I am aware that we can use the “Mobile Content” collection to include there only the applications we want to show on the Mobile App. However, this only applies to one’s profile. Therefore, each individual user should add the apps to that collection on their own profile.

Is there a way to do that centrally? So that an administrator releases the app to the mobile content once and for all the users?

Hello @Seba 

Collections in QCS (mobile collection included) are personal and not shared between different users. Tenant admin can not add apps to users’ collections
