We have a Qlik Sense SaaS mashup which works perfectly when users are connecting via windows desktop. This also seems to be working as expected with mobile users who are not using IOS (windows/android devices). We have asked Iphone users to download chrome and test but seems like its not going past the authentication page.
I have checked on the community and looks like the potential fix on client managed was to use port to 80 (instead of 443) and change isSecure to false (instead of true) in the connection js. however this does not work on Qlik Sense SaaS.
Please advise.

This is caused by Safari default security policy that disallows cookies. This can be turned off by going to Safari's preferences > Privacy and turn off “Prevent cross-site tracking”.
Also, I'd like to suggest using the qlik-embed over Capabilities API
