Server log in error from mobile app to QS onprem

I'm trying to connect from mobile app to our onprem Qlik Sense Enterprise

After created Authentication Link in QS QMC I've onnected via browser from the mobile to QS Hub to get the link, and I have successfully created the QS server entry on the mobile app

Then, when I try to connect to the server I introduce user and password when required but cannot log in, obtaining the message "Error al intentar iniciar sesión en el servidor" (translated: Error trying to log in to the server) as attached screenshot 

Don't know the reason while from browser I can log in to QS Hub but from mobile app and introducing the same credentials on the authentication form, I get this error

Does mobile app uses different ports or communications? Any other considerations about specific user's permissions for mobile app or anything I wouldn't have taken into account?
