Logs are not showing on Qlik Cloud Analytics

Hi Team,

 

I am troubleshooting the data gateway by opening the logs from Qlik Cloud Tenant > administrator > Data Gateway > gateway (click on ...) > open View logs. getting below error.

Anyone know why, we are not able to view logs for data gateway (direct access)

Is your Data Gateway running fine, and are you able to log in to the Data Gateway Windows server?
