Hello, I'm new to Qlik Sense SaaS and I need to know how to import my users from Active Directory. Is there a guide for this? Also, I need to understand how to create groups so that each department has its own users and also grant permissions to specific applications. What's the best practice for this? So far, I've been able to "invite" users via email, but I know I can add users via LDAP or Azure. Thanks in advance.

You need to switch from Qlik Account (the default) to your own Identity Provider to get groups. See https://help.qlik.com/en-US/cloud-services/Subsystems/Hub/Content/Sense_Hub/Admin/SaaS-idp-intro.htm
