Common Calendar generation

Hello ,

I have the following data from the table customers & Orders. I need to generate a common calendar based on customer  startdate,enddate based on customer dimension & order date from orders fact table. Could anyone help me to resolve this problem.

How can we generate a single calendar??

You can try using Master Calender.
