Dimension for Max date if

The dimension I want to create would filter the above table into this new one:

it still doesn't work... my dimension returns an huge list of dates and my table bellow is bigger than ever...

I am confused now.. what is the output you are hoping to see?

Use the total qualifier in the aggr likes this;
