Export to PDF & Image Problem in November 2019 Version

Hello Everyone,

We have provided option in our mashup to export chart as PDF/Image using exportPdf/exportImg method.  This was working perfectly but recently we have upgraded our Qlik Sense server from April 2019 to November 2019 version and now the export to PDF and Image functionality doesn't seem to work.

Does anyone else have come across same issue? Any suggestion on this would be of great help.

I also have this issue too, i don't know how to fix it. Also try to modify the virtual proxies, but it's not working

Hello Blake,

We managed to solve this issue by increasing Virtual CPUs to 4 on our machine.

Could you provide more detail about your solution, So  do we need to build more Ram or just increase core CPUs of the virtual machine to 3.
