Fail to upload of qvf file & interface langauge change

dear all, regarding qlik sense, i have two issues need help:

1. during uploading qvf file into community, it always failed, and indicated "the attachment content is not match its file type", but it is do the .qvf file, it dosn't work either if i converted the extension to qvd or qv. the file size is about 256 kb only, it is same both at my office or at home too. do you know the reason?

2. i want to change the qlik sense default setting interface language in chinese into english, i looked at the community posts, and already changed the chrome setting  perferred language into english too, but the qlik sense interface language still keep in chinese, how shall i change it??

appreciate for your help, thanks

I don't know about the default language, but not being able to upload a qvf file is a known issue I believe.

No, not yet, qvw type seems possible in small size.

Can't find the thread, but the issue is known.

At that time, some people suggested you could upload a qvf by zipping it (so getting a .zip file) and then uploading it.

i did it one time successfully, but afterwards, by .rar is also not allowed, with indication saying the file type is not matched.

It seems they tried to apply some fix. If you try uploading a .zip or .rar, it gives you a list of extensions that can be uploaded. But as you've mentioned, .qvf files are still not able to be uploaded.

Guess they still haven't fixed it and made it slightly worse.

Found the following 3 threads about it. Still seems to be an open issue to this date:

Unable to add qvf_1

Unable to add qvf_2

Unable to add qvf_3
