How TO Download Qlik Deployment console for Qliksense Ver 3.1

The Deployment Console is not supported anymore in QS >= 3.1 (see https://da3hntz84uekx.cloudfront.net/QlikSense/3.1.0/0/QlikSense3_1ReleaseNotes.pdf).

I think that, because of this, the download link has been removed from the download page (even if I don't completely agree with the decision... some customer still have old environments)

From the release notes for 3.1

Qlik Deployment Console

The Qlik Deployment Console (QDC) is not supported in Qlik Sense 3.1.
