How can an administrator delete a community sheet published by a user

Hello,

In Qlik Sense Enterprise, we have granted a relatively large number of people the ability to publish community sheets.  In the event that we have more sheets published by our user base in the community sheet area, is it possible for administrators to delete those sheets?  If yes, how?

Thanks.

Hi,

Yes it is possible. Just navigate to https://{your-server}/qmc/appobjects and find the Sheet you want to delete (you can filter by app name and owner to do that easily). It will have Published and Not Approved status.

Hi Sam,

I think the community sheets are deletable only by it's owner (unpublish - then delete).

If you want to remove all of them, then duplicate the application, delete the old one, and republish.

The community sheets aren't duplicated.

If you want delete only particular community sheets, then maybe you should dwelve into repository database, but it is risky, and not recommended.
