Map visualization

I'd like to create a map to visualize where the sales are generated.  Do I need to organize my customer table address information with longitude and latitude data or are there easier ways to do this?  Thank you in advance for your help.

Thanks!  In fact, subsequent to my question a week ago, I found how to use the map visualization just by playing with Qlik Sense.  It was easy and intuitive, and all I needed was the city name in the customer database and the rest was done automatically by the custom visual.  I didn't need any work on mapping latitude and longitude information in the end.
