Masking a graph in Qlik Sense

Hello,

is it possible to mask a graph entirely from a sheet based on a condition ? Could there be an extension that helps doing so ? For example if all values are null in a table, it would not appear in the sheet instead of having a grey / white table with no values

Thank you

Hi yousrarami96,

as far as I know you can't hide the whole table. But you can hide columns of a table with the "Show column if" option, like if a value equals to zero. You can also exclude null values.

Hope this helps

Hello @F_B ,

Thank you for your reply. Indeed, this solution will mask the columns but visually speaking, there will be a blank chart displayed on the sheet. The alternative solution is data managing where I can display a message saying that there is no data for this graph. But ideally, if there was a possibility to mask the whole graph, that would be better.

You can use a container for this. If all objects in a container are hidden, you'll just get a blank.
