Multi cloud setup new deployement

Hello everyone, 

I just set up a Qlik cloud SAAS entreprise and I am tying to link it to my on premise version of Qlik Sense for Windows (november 2019). 

My authentication prodiver (Azure AD) has been configured on my Qlik cloud and everything is fine. After that I wanted to created a new deployement in my on premise server (myserverUrl/msc/api) and created a new entry such as specified here https://help.qlik.com/en-US/sense/June2019/Subsystems/PlanningQlikSenseDeployments/Content/Sense_Dep... but It doesn't work.
