Need to connect Qlik Sense with JIRA

I tried to pull the JIRA data into Qlik Sense. When I create a new connection, facing issue.

From Qlik Sense Hub --> Data Load Editor --> Create New Connection --> Click on JIRA --> I gave the JIRA base URL and our user name and password.

Then facing error "Failed on attempt 1 to GET (Unable to connect to the remote server)

Kindly suggest anything I need to do prerequisites.

It seems that the connection from your Qlik Sense server to JIRA is blocked by your network settings.

Contact your infrastructure or network team, they should be able to sort things out for you.

Hi @steeefan Hope you are doing well. Hope you remember this chat regarding Qlik Sense with JIRA connector.

Previously I faced issue, then I noticed the base JIRA URL is not able to access from the Qlik Sense server. With the help of network now able to access the JIRA URL from the Qlik Sense server.

Now I tried to create connection using JIRA url, still facing the issue, below is the error

Failed on attempt 1 to GET. (The remote server returned an error: (404) Not Found.)

Please suggest.

You seem to be using an incorrect value for your Jira base URL. Error 404 means that a required resource cannot be found under a given URL. What happens if you open that exact URL in a browser window on your Qlik Sense server? As you might remember, screenshots help tremendously.

@steeefan The JIRA URL opened in a browser window on my Qlik Sense Server. Its working fine. and able to login with credentials. But I tried to access via Qlik Sense Hub from my desktop, facing this issue.

If you are susing Qlik Sense Desktop, what happens if you open that exact URL in a browser window on the computer running Qlik Sense Desktop? As you might remember, screenshots help tremendously. I will no longer be able to help you unless you show exactly what's happening.
