ODBC Connect to Excel

Trying to add users to Qlik sense by user directory connector Excel>through ODBC - downloaded the 64 bit but still again and again message about the link. DO I have to do anything else?

Let check the windows event logs and the Qlik Sense UDC logs, go to C:\ProgramData\Qlik\Sense\Log\Repository\Trace\ <servername>_mangementconsole_repository.txt

We have server solution not local - is that why we don't see the Qlik folder on the local drive?

no, is because program data is a hidden folder. Copy and paste the path I provided early comment.
