Operation and licens monitor tasks failed

Hey!

I'm new to Qlik Sense and I just found out that i can analyze our user with the apps "Operation monitor" and "Licens monitor". But when im looking att qmc and our tasks i can see that the task have status "Failed".

Anyone knows what the problem can be?

I have the same issue. the post you tagged does not resolve my problem. Is there another workaround?

Hey, thanks for your quick reply. Unfortunately we have tried every one of these steps without any success.
