QMC: Access to Reload to a Specific Reload Task to Specific users/ Role

Hi there,

I have created a Stream called Sales. In this stream I have published two apps Named " TV Sales Dashboard" and Mobile Sales Dashboard".

I have also created a Task Reload for separately for  TV Sales Dashboard and Mobile Sales Dashboard. 

Now I want to grant access to specific users or role based to reload only TV Sales Dashboard and Mobile Sales Dashboard.

P/S: I don't want these users to see list the rest of task running in QMC. 

Anyone, Please help!! How to configure this in QMC

hello,

I think you can try below steps.

step1: after login into QMC go to User .

step2: Search for the User (you want to give access for particular stream ).

step3: Select User and hit edit button .

step4: properties tab will be open --> on right side just go to into Properties Section into that go to custom properties .

step5: into custom property select your stream for assign access .

after that check specific application is visible for particular User.

Custom properties is empty. How to add the stream?

please check once you have created the stream in right way.

please follow these step for Creating Stream .

1.  In your QMC go to custom properties on left side . 

2. Create new custom property 

3. Fill all the details and hit apply button.

for your understanding I have created sample custom property.

4.  Go to Streams.

5. create new stream .

6. give stream name as required  &  add custom  property that you have created and hit apply button .

7. one dialogue box will be open for security rule & give required action as you want .

in advance section validate rule by clinking on button  & press apply button.

8.  publish  the application in your created stream.

its also visible in your hub.

After That follow above mention '5' steps again.
