Sorting and the Null value formatting issue in Pivot Table

Two question regarding Pivot table.

1. Is it possible to have sorting for the column in the Pivot table?

2. Now for the null value, the cell will be presented by '-' with the light grey color (see attachment pt.PNG), is it possible to change the presentation style? For example, change it to white color

Hi there

1 - Yes there is a section in the properties for sorting.

2 - What are you wanting white, there is some formatting options.

Hey,

Regarding your 2nd question, null values are displayed as gaps or dashes (-) by default. You can change how null values are displayed in a pivot table by going to the table’s properties panel, expanding the Add-ons section, and selecting Include null values. This will summarize the measure values of all null dimensions and present them as one dimension item....

Thx for the reply. I know there is a sorting section for Pivot Table. But what I want is sorting dynamically by click the column like a normal table's behavior.

Sorry for any misleading. 😅

Dear Chirantha

I only have the "Include zero values" under the "Add-ons" section".

For the item2, can you advice how can I change the style? For example for the null value, I would like to change it to other color, instead of light grey.
