Hi,
Recently i did qlik sense November month patchup upgrade. After that i couldn't able to restart the Qliksense logging services. I am unable to connect to the logging database. It looks like it couldn't able to connect to the Qlogs (PostgresSQL database). Any Idea?

Have you tried to turn on the database logging while doing the update?
--database_logging on
.\Qlik.Logging.Service.exe update --hostname FQDNofTheDatabase --port 4432 --postgres_user postgres --postgres_pswd PostgresUserPassword --writer_pswd IntendedWritePassword --reader_pswd ReaderWritePassword --database_logging on
