For sure, you need to manipulate in excel itself. If you really want that in Qlik side (May be code extended), Perhaps attachment helps. Make sure, this should work same in Qliksense too.

As far as I know, you need to do some cleansing in Excel itself. then with help of mapping load you can achieve this.
