error occur in Qlik sense qmc task is failed at the time of reload.
please give me suggestion.
regards,
Ankita
Hello,
Next to the word failed yoy habe the small symbol (i) click on it and load the script log, this one should reveal why the task did fail.
Best regards
Sebastian
Thank you for guide but load the script log is disable there please check attach screenshot
hi @AnkitaC
Generally, when the task logs are not shown, it is due to a Qlik problem and not the task
So the next questions would be
¿What happens when you execute the reload manually from the hub?
¿Did you use the access section and did you include the internal service user?
Check the following
1. You should also take a look to scheduler log to find some clues
C:\ProgramData\Qlik\Sense\Log\Scheduler\
2. In QLik Sense QMC, be sure that you have at least one scheduler running
3. and in the server, check that all services are up a running
Hope this helps.

Hi,
when i will run manually there is no problem and yes i am using section access and use internal user in that.
hi @AnkitaC
so, your problem could be section access
be sure the internal user you are using is INTERNAL\SA_SCHEDULER
what happens if you take out the section access script ? the task works ?
The user INTERNAL\SA_SCHEDULER is able to see all values in the table the section access is connected to ?
Best,
Hi,
yes i am using 'ADMIN','INTERNAL\SA_SCHEDULER','ALL','ALL','ALL' this script .
Hello @AnkitaC your initial task failed because it was timing out waiting for the engine. At least this is what your second screenshot shows. How many tasks are you running in parallell?
HI,
Actually one task is running at one time i have already change task time only one task is running at time.
Hi
Can you share the screenshot again where the task isn't failing due to Timeout error ie : the Task Status doesn't change straight from Queued > Failed.
