Are you perhaps trying to load a csv file into qlik SaaS? sometimes you have to be creative and play with the csv specifications like codepage or quoting.
My workaround, is to use easymorph to transform csv to qvd, then load the qvd to qlik, this trick might not be for you if your csv file is refreshed periodically and you dont want that extra process.
purchase dedicated capacity license 😉. If you already have that then make that space as dedicated capacity
