What are the steps to connect to a Dynamo Database in Sense and how it can be done? Does it require any drivers or connectors? Are there licensing costs associated with it?

There is a third-party ODBC connector solution (Simba) to access Dynamo DB from Sense:

http://www.simba.com/products/DynamoDB/doc/v1/ODBC_QuickstartGuide/content/quick_start/windows/conne...

This link also provides information on the various pricing models. There are some free tier plans available.

Qlik Support is not responsible for this connection installation/implementation. Pricing and purchase is directly Simba vendor. Qlik is not associated nor partner with this vendor.

Good morning!  No 3rd-party product required!!!

If you follow the link, it takes you to a piece of documentation that describes how to use the Qlik built-in included ODBC driver (no 3rd-party product required) through a system DSN (data source name) to pull DynamoDB data into Qlik Sense.

Note, this technique uses the (fully supported) Qlik ODBC data connection to a DSN rather than the newer Qlik ODBC Connector Package.

Cheers!
