If you experience delayed or stuck automations in the platform, please note that we are evaluating measures to address these issues, such as code updates and increased capacity. However, due to the previously announced end of life of the product, a long-term solution may not be possible.


When you encounter a stalled automation, you can still open a support case. Support will then manually set the automation to failed in order to allow any queued automations to continue.

Further, for troubleshooting purposes, please note the following:

  • If the automation uses the CDP:

    Your instance of the CDP could be reaching its max capacity. Cleaning up old records or replacing the CDP with another storage solution like MySQL could solve the issue.

  • The automation could be corrupted:

    Recreating the automation can solve this.
