How to get started with the SugarCRM connector in Qlik Application Automation

This article provides an overview of the available blocks in the SugarCRM connector in Qlik Application Automation.

SugarCRM is a cloud-based application for handling sales automation, marketing automation, account management, and customer relationship management needs.

 

Authentication

Authentication to SugarCRM happens through OAuth 2.0 2-legged Authentication. To use this connector, you need to provide the username, password, platform, and site_url of your SugarCRM account.

When you connect to SugarCRM in Qlik Application Automation you will be presented with the following screen:
