Customer would like to change the domain in Talend Cloud for the possible reasons:
- Company Name Change.
- New SSO Configuration.
Resolution
Please contact the AE/CSM assigned to the account to request for this domain change in Talend Cloud. CSM/AE will create an internal request (ServiceNow) for this to be approve internally. Please note this request takes time to process.
Once the domain is updated in Talend Cloud, please proceed to reapply the SAML file in your SSO configuration of the new configuration to your SSO.
