Partial menu appears when right clicking on the objects.
For example- in the bar chart below 'Open Snapshot Library', 'Take a snapshot' , 'Full screen' and 'Open Exploration menu' options are not present, when right clicking.

Resolution

Turn OFF 'Touch screen mode'.

Cause 

'Touch screen mode' was ON.
