Issue reported:
- All tenants automations have been disabled
- Not allowed to re-enable
- Attempts to enable gives error: "Failed to update automations"
Environment
Resolution
- Open the Cloud Management console as tenant admin
- Navigate to user role permissions
- Insert a user (or group) under 'Auto Assigned' user role permission
Cause
The associated user or group was removed in an attempt to change security preferences. Minimum best practice is to ensure that the tenant admin keeps this permission.
