Qlik Replicate: File Transfer Service child task not opening due to error

An FTS (Qlik File Transfer Service ) child task cannot be opened. The following error is shown in the log files:

Resolution

A possible root cause is the configured Limit storage size. If the folder reaches its set max limit, it will delete files regardless of whether they have been processed or not. Once this limit is reached, the only way to recover is to reload by emptying the folder and restarting as per the documented Limitations.

To review the storage size set by:

1. Open the Endpoint
2. Open Advanced
3. Review Limit storage size to (MB)
