Qlik Sense Enterprise SaaS "Edit Sheet" Button is either Green or White

Why is the Edit Sheet button still visible when already in Edit Mode?

Environment:

Qlik Cloud 
Qlik Sense Business 

A green background indicates you have entered Editing mode.

A white background indicates you are not currently in edit mode.
