When accessing the Qlik Sense Enterprise on Windows Management Console or Hub, they fail to load. The following error variations are shown:

Possible root causes:
- Network Connectivity
- Service Status
Network Connectivity
- Is the Qlik Sense Enterprise server available for the end-user?
- Are all required ports open? See Ports.
- If the issue occurs specifically during authentication, see Error: the site cannot be reached, when Qlik Sense is trying to authenticate the user
Service Availability
- Are the Qlik Sense Enterprise Windows Services running?
- Start Services where necessary
- Verify that the service account password has not expired or was reset without being changed in the Windows Services Console. Update any old or reset passwords.
- Has the Qlik Sense Proxy service started up successfully?
- Verify the Qlik Sense Proxy service status by reviewing the System_Proxy log file found in %ProgramData%\Qlik\Sense\Logs\Proxy\Trace
The log will provide more information on why the proxy service is unable to start correctly, indicating issues with ERROR or WARN lines.
The proxy service may not be able to connect to the repository service. It needs to do this to retrieve its settings, so the next step is to confirm that the service is running correctly.
- Verify the Qlik Sense Proxy service status by reviewing the System_Repository log file found in %ProgramData%\Qlik\Sense\Logs\Repository\Trace
The log will provide more information on why the proxy service is unable to start correctly, indicating issues with ERROR or WARN lines, especially ones that are followed by lines indicating the service has shut down.
