Qlikview log verbosity setting not working

When you are using Qlikview May 2022, you will notice that too many Event logs are logged even if its log verbosity is set as Low. This is a known defect, and has already been fixed in Qlikview May 2023.

Workaround:

1. Stop Qlikview Server service.
2. Navigate to %ProgramData%QlikTech\QlikViewServer.
3. Open Setting.ini file.
4. Under [Settings7] section, add/update this parameter.
   (0=OFF, 1=FATAL, 2=ERROR, 3=WARNING, 4=INFO, 5=DEBUG)

   SystemLogVerbosity=3​

5. Save the file.
6. Restart Qlikview Server service.
