Dorina Kabakchieva is one of the longest-standing professor members of the Qlik Academic Program. She has been passionately integrating Qlik into her Business Intelligence classes at the University of National and World Economy (UNWE) in Bulgaria since 2013. Established in 1920, UNWE is the oldest, most prestigious and largest economic university in South-Eastern Europe.
Dorina initially joined the Qlik Academic Program as she saw many businesses turning to Qlik for their Business Intelligence needs. She wanted to get the students hands on experience with an industry leading software. As the program has developed over the years, in addition to the free Qlik software, Dorina and her students have made the most of all the free resources provided. This includes online Qlik training, qualifications and a product agnostic data analytics curriculum, covering various theoretical topics in data visualisation and analytics.
