Hi there,
Previously, our company had a team responsible for developing and managing our Qlikview servers.
Since they have left the company, we are now trying to pick up the internal support of the Qlikview server.
The current Windows OS version is old and has already passed the end-of-support date, so our team is trying to migrate our Qlikview instance to new virtual machines.
We can see the serial number/LEF from the QMC of the existing instance, but we dont have the Control number for the installation at the new VM.
I have already followed the steps below, but cannot see any license details, likely because the license information is not under my account but under the account the team members who are no longer working with us.
