Reload Failure

Hello All,

I have an automation setup to reload my Qlik Sense apps as a task chain if the first reload is successful and to send an email if it fails. Got the fail email but don't know the reason for the failure.

I tried manually reloading the app itself and it's fine, but the automation doesn't work even when I tried manually. Note that there are several other apps with their reload dependent on this one.

Hi @ba11 

This happens when the reload is triggered when there is an ongoing reload for the app. There can only be one reload request for an app at a time. You would need to review the automation and settings for the retry mechanism or condition block to avoid this. You can refer to below articles:
