Hello Qlik Gurus,
We recently moved to Qlik Cloud and are using Data gateway to get onprem data to cloud.
Unfortunately I have hit first bumps - Data Gateways is disconnecting "randomply"
When disconnect happens - on prem Data Gateway service is still running
"Fix" is to restart service and all is back online, but that is just an magical IT workaround - restart.
Checked logs, and nothing major pops out or simply I don't know where and what I am searching.
Error message that I found after disconnect is:
DirectAccess-1704: Exception of type 'Qlik.ConnectorAgent.DetailedErrorException' was thrown.
P.S. Sorry if wrong labels, as couldn't find Data Gateway as tag

We have deploy an enhancement today and I cannot see any error for a couple of hours since such was delivered.
Kindly, monitor it as well from your end and let us know if you face it again.
