The webpage cannot be accessed

There is a Windows server with QEM installed, and QEM cannot be accessed through webpages on this machine.

But I can access QEM through webpages on other Windows machines.

How to access through a machine with QEM installed?

Hello @yzh 

Please do check whether QEM service is up and running?

And also, kindly check in QEM logs for information.

QEM service is running.

In 1st image, host addrees is cnzhapwatt010.aia.biz/attunityenterprise/

In next image, where you executed api call in CMD, i could see host address is cnzhapwatt010/attunityenterprise/

I am suspecting there might be issue with host name

Could you please try using IP address instead of host name and restart the service and check.

cnzhapwatt010 and cnzhapwatt010.aia.biz are the same address, and our company will automatically concatenate the domain name .aia.biz when accessing cnzhapwatt010.
I am still unable to access webpages through an IP address on a machine with QEM installed.

Please ensure that the ports 80 and 443 are open on the Firewall.
