Exceeded maximum number of tries

Hi All,

I am using NPrinting 17.1.  I have created an excel report that was working all right. All on a sudden, when I am trying to preview the report it shows me following error message.

Error

The preview request failed with message: Report genertion failed because node CH)2 of type Qlik.Reporting.Reports.Tree.Template. Tablenode in level root received an ApplyFailurResponses from request.......

Exceeded maximum number of retries.

I can see this is a systemic known know error. Could not find a answer though. Any early response will be highly appreciated.

Hi Jaynal,

Did you get a root cause for this? I am facing same error. Metadata is getting reloaded for other Qlikview applications.

Just for one of the dashboards it is failing.

None of our NPrinting reports were working.

We reinstalled the NPrinting software. And it is working.
